Overview

Everybody gets allergic or contracts a cold, and to be relieved of the symptoms, they consume medicines. There are drugs which are combination to give relief for more than one symptom together. Diphenhydramine and Phenylephrine is an example. Both belong to over-the-counter medicines. They give relief from sneezing, congestion of the nasal tract, and running nose, which are all common cold and allergy symptoms.

Diphenhydramine is typically taken to get rid of an allergy symptom, and Phenylephrine for nasal decongestant. Both of them combined, however, make people feel better during cold and allergy season. They are typically over-the-counter medications, so you can obtain them quite easily whenever you need them.
